Eve Carson (1985 - 2008)
Eve Carson left a tremendous impact on the world, and indeed our
organization. Among her many honors and achievements, Eve served
as a co-chair for Nourish International at UNC in 2005. During
this time, she played an instrumental role in growing Nourish's movement
during its earliest days by introducing new members to the organization
and coordinating volunteers.
Eve was someone whose bright personality pervaded every endeavor she undertook. This was true for Nourish as with every other organization she touched. Eve's radiant character engaged students in our cause and infused the organization with boundless energy.
When Nourish encountered challenges along the road, Eve always had something thoughtful to say and a meaningful way to contribute. She worked tirelessly to lead the organization and continued to help long after her leadership term had passed. For this, and for being a great friend, we will all miss her dearly.
