Each summer, Nourish invites Chapter Founders to a 5 day "institute" to teach them how to launch a successful chapter. Sessions cover how to run ventures such as Hunger Lunch and how to form partnerships for global community development projects. The institute also features an array of dynamic speakers on social entrepreneurship and international development. Most importantly, it serves as the single time of the year where our movement is united in one place and the entire network of chapter leaders can interact with each other face to face.
Support continues throughout the year. Chapter Founders hold weekly conversations with the national office to troubleshoot whatever problems the chapter encounters during the year. The National Office provides technical support via the website and provides a sample constitution, publicity templates and access to Nourish's partner database. Chapters are also encouraged to leverage each other.
